Gold futures this round of market movement is really exhausting. In the morning, I was repeatedly testing around the POC average price, and I was thinking about whether I could push for a new high. But then a long bearish candle suddenly dropped, with no warning at all. This kind of market rhythm is truly uncomfortable—why not just have a quick waterfall drop early on, instead of pulling up to a key level and then smashing down?

From a technical perspective, this pullback was quite aggressive. Bitcoin is also adjusting in sync, and it should take some more time to confirm the direction. The most feared thing at this moment is missing the right entry point, watching the opportunity slip away through your fingers.

That's how the market is—sometimes you miss out on huge profits from one trade, only to turn things around in the next move. The key is to stay patient and wait for clearer signals to emerge.
