According to Bloomberg, F/m Investments has applied for an exemption from the U.S. SEC to introduce the registration records of some existing shares of its approximately $6.3 billion U.S. 3-month Treasury bond ETF (TBIL) onto the blockchain, without changing the product structure, investment targets, or trading methods, to test the feasibility of securities tokenization within a regulated framework. F/m Investments was established in 2018 and currently manages assets worth approximately $18 billion.
