Contract Trading Strategy

1. Long Strategy (Buy on Pullback, Do Not Chase High)
- Entry: When price pulls back to the 90,500-91,000 range, with increased volume indicating a stop in decline / short-term bottom divergence, take a small long position
- Stop Loss: 89,800 (below S1, risk ≤1%)
- Take Profit: 92,000 (near R1), 92,500 (at R1), break below to watch 93,500 (R2)
2. Short Strategy (Short on Rebound, Do Not Guess Bottom)
- Entry: When price rebounds to the 92,000-92,500 range, with decreasing volume and resistance / short-term top divergence, take a small short position
- Stop Loss: 93,000 (above R1, risk ≤1%)
- Take Profit: 91,000 (near current price), 90,500 (at S1), break below to watch 89,000
3. Special Conditions
- If price breaks below 89,800 with increased volume, observe or short after rebound, target 88,000
- If price breaks above 93,000 with increased volume, confirm after retesting 92,500 and go long, target 93,500
