The deeper you dig into RWAs, the clearer it gets: real estate stands out as the asset class that genuinely thrives on-chain.

Here's the thing though—most teams in this space treat property tokenization like a side feature, something bolted onto their existing ecosystem. But what if that's backwards?

A few projects are flipping the script entirely. Instead of treating real assets as an afterthought, they're building infrastructure from the ground up with real estate at the center. Layer 1 solutions designed specifically to handle the complexity and scale that RWAs demand. Different architecture. Different incentives. Different outcomes.

The question isn't whether RWAs work on-chain anymore. It's who builds the right foundation first.

NGL, putting real estate on the blockchain has long been something that should be taken seriously. Most projects really treat it as a dispensable feature. The right approach is to design an L1 from scratch for RWA, and those teams that "add a feature on the side" will eventually need to undergo a major overhaul.

NGL, the tokenization of real estate on the blockchain should have been taken seriously a long time ago. Previously, these projects were indeed just for fun.

Good grief, once again a bunch of projects treat real estate tokenization as a toy; those who truly want to get things done are still a minority.

Really, those projects still working on additional features will be淘汰 sooner or later. L1 with real estate as the core is the right path; others are just playing around.

Hmm... Putting real estate on the blockchain is the right way, everything else is just floating clouds --- Most teams are still messing around, treating RWA as an add-on feature, it's hilarious --- Interesting, designing Layer1 specifically for real estate is indeed different --- Damn, finally someone speaks frankly, infrastructure is the life and death line --- The players in the RWA space have long divided into upper and lower tiers, depends on who gets the position first --- Starting from the underlying design, the idea of focusing on real estate is truly top-notch --- That's right, but how many can actually do it? --- Real estate tokens are not new, the key is still execution ability

To be honest, most projects in the real estate tokenization space have actually gone the wrong way, forcing it into existing systems. The real winners will definitely be those who build from scratch...
