Haha, another stablecoin payment layer? I've been in the space for so many years, and what I fear most are these "ideal state" descriptions. If Base wants to take a slice of the stablecoin settlement cake, they need to see what Solana and Optimism have to say. But on the other hand, fast speed and high efficiency are really attractive, and the annualized arbitrage opportunities are worth exploring.

yeah so base is doing the stablecoin thing but ngl... remember when everyone said arbitrum was "the one"? watch those collateral ratios if you're bridging heavy, margin calls are coming and they always come when you least expect it. not financial advice but protect your position
