The biggest fear in crypto withdrawals is one word: panic. As soon as you panic, trouble easily follows—whether it's losing coins or getting frozen and blocked—that's a painful lesson.

The first step is withdrawing to your wallet. This step seems simple but is actually the most dangerous. A single typo when copying and pasting the address can send your coins into a black hole. My advice is to try a small amount first, confirm it arrives, then proceed with larger transfers. Don't cut corners on this; risk prevention is worth it.

Once the coins arrive in your wallet, the next step is to find an OTC platform. You must choose reputable merchants, only trusting those with platform escrow transactions. Private WeChat transfers? Forget about it—too risky to bear. Platform escrow at least has third-party backing.

The most common mistake occurs after order matching. The other party says they've transferred the funds, and you see a transfer proof—do you just release the coins? That's too naive. You must wait until you're sure the funds have actually arrived in your account. Don't be fooled by a screenshot. Fake transfer screenshots do exist.

Money entering your bank account is a new beginning, not the end. A large sum suddenly credited and then transferred out all at once can easily trigger risk controls. A smarter approach is to split the funds across multiple cards and multiple transactions, reducing the risk of being monitored. Exchanges also have risk controls, and platforms will check. Dispersing operations is actually more secure.

The last detail often overlooked: after funds arrive, don't immediately spend or transfer large amounts. Wait 1-2 days, letting the money sit quietly. This isn't superstition but gives you a buffer period. In case of any abnormal inquiries later, you'll have time to react.

Only after suffering a huge loss do you realize—one wrong word can lead directly into a black hole.

Oh no, this step is really the easiest to make a mistake on. I just didn't try a small amount, and the address was entered incorrectly. Wait, why didn't I think of using the decentralized transfer method? A history of blood and tears, there's no need to rush.

It's the same old story, there's no rush. I really shouldn't have rushed once, and I still remember that nightmare.
