There is a key reason for this temporary state — the Flow Foundation needs to enforce synchronization with key partners within the ecosystem. Simply put, it is to ensure that all participating parties' internal systems are consistent with the recovery state of the Flow ledger. This synchronization process may sound simple, but in reality, it is crucial for preventing subsequent transaction failures and ensuring the accuracy of user balances.

Once all partners complete the synchronization, the Foundation will issue the final network online confirmation. Only then will transactions truly resume. So for now, patience is required until this synchronization window concludes.
