#虚拟资产监管 Recently, I have been studying regulations related to virtual assets and found that the US SEC and OCC have recently issued several policy signals in succession. It seems that the entire industry is gradually moving towards normalization?👀

For example, DTC receiving a no-objection letter from the SEC allows traditional assets like stocks and bonds to be tokenized on the blockchain, and they can enjoy the same legal protections as traditional assets. What does this mean? Does it mean that in the future, on-chain markets might really become part of the financial infrastructure?

Even more interesting is that OCC said that crypto companies applying for federal banking licenses should be treated equally with other financial institutions. This sounds like giving the crypto industry a "compliance ticket"? However, after looking at related statements, it seems that many traditional financial institutions are also opposed to this step...

It still feels like there are many details I don't quite understand, such as how assets after tokenization are traded specifically, and how risk management is handled. But overall, the trend seems to be that policies are gradually opening up rather than continuing to suppress? This should be a positive development for the entire industry, right😊

Is there anyone experienced who can help me sort this out? If these policies are truly implemented, what practical impact will they have on us ordinary investors?
