Many people have encountered issues with the Web3 wallet frontend. The claim function constantly reports network errors, and after waiting for a long time, there's no response—an extremely poor experience. I eventually exported the private key generated by a major exchange, directly imported it into the browser plugin wallet, and then used the contract interface to claim, which finally worked. To be honest, this process was a bit cumbersome, but it was finally resolved. Many people have experienced this situation; how did you handle it?

Exporting the private key to the plugin wallet is really clever, but you still need to be careful not to mess up the summary.

Haha Wallet UI is really the biggest flaw in Web3, I've also encountered this annoying issue.

Frontend bugs are really annoying, but importing the private key directly into the plugin? Dude, you must have some serious guts.

The frontend is really terrible, but directly interacting with the contract is the way to go.
