The recent rally of RVV has really tested my limits. Seeing the floating losses in my account, I finally decided to cut my losses and exit. After some thought, I realize that shorting has really been a painful experience for me over the years. Every time I think the market will reverse, I end up getting cut again and again. Instead of stubbornly fighting, it's better to change my strategy—starting today, I will only go long. Maybe this is the only way to survive. I must completely break the habit of shorting, or no matter how much I try, profits will just be a dream.

Shorting really is a death sentence, this guy has come to terms with it. I feel the same way; every time I think I've found the opposite point, I end up getting liquidated by a one-sided move. Changing your mindset definitely has to be more aggressive, or you'll just keep losing money and go deeper and deeper. Saying "only go long" is easy, but when the market consolidates, the real test comes. How many people learned their lesson from this RVV wave... The pain of burning through your account is actually the turning point. Stop-loss exits are already a sign of rationality; it's a hundred times better than holding on stubbornly.

Shorting is really a trap; I've been caught many times. Now I tend to only go long.
