To be honest, the thresholds for those wealth cards are indeed high. Common wealth cards require a minimum of 3 million in assets, while private bank cards need 6 million or more. But the key issue is—these high-end cards have limited practical use. The scenarios where people use debit cards for direct spending are already few, making the advantages of high-end cards even more trivial. Instead, banks themselves are quite aggressive, frequently urging me to save money and attract customers to meet deposit targets. The whole logic is somewhat contradictory—banks want you to reach asset thresholds to enjoy services, yet they are also working hard to attract deposits to boost performance.

I've seen this trick from banks too many times. Basically, they just want to harvest your money and then act very attentive.

This bank trick is indeed outrageous, setting thresholds and increasing deposits, they don't even understand it themselves.

This banking logic is just ridiculous. On one hand, they require a minimum of 3 million, and on the other hand, they harass you daily to save money. Truly unbelievable.
