Have you ever wondered why some people are getting stronger in the crypto world, some are stagnating, and others are declining?
Observe those accounts with large followers and steady performance; they share a common trait:
First, they do not change their rhythm based on the date—Christmas, weekends, mean nothing to them; if it needs to be done, they do it.
Second, their schedule is entirely autonomous—whether it's 3 a.m. or 3 p.m., it depends on the market and their plan, not the clock.
Third, and most importantly, they ignore the market noise. What others say or public opinion promotes cannot disturb them.
But these people have a strict rule: no matter how free they are, they must stick to their rhythm and plan. This is the biggest difference between them and most people.

You're right, self-discipline is true freedom, and I deeply understand this.
But operating at 3 a.m.? I really can't hold on, I need to sleep, haha.
It looks simple, but in reality, most people just can't do it.
Your own plan is the most important; no matter how many opinions you hear, you must stick to it.

That's right, but I think the hardest part is "staying disciplined." Too many people lose self-control after just three days of self-discipline.
