Over the years in the crypto world, every step has been filled with learning and trial and error. Today, I want to organize some of the trading experiences I've accumulated over these years, hoping to help friends who are still in the exploration stage, and reduce their detours.

**Tip 1: Risk is Always the Top Priority**

The most easily overlooked aspect of trading is actually the most deadly—risk management. Controlling account drawdowns and allocating funds are seemingly basic things, but they are the guarantees for lasting survival. Frequent stop-losses and sudden margin calls can destroy everything you've built in an instant. Small mistakes in trading are acceptable, but big mistakes often mean the end. Once you get emotional, it's really hard to turn back.

**Tip 2: Follow the Trend, Don’t Guess Blindly**

Many people like to predict the market and speculate on the next move, but this is essentially fighting against the market. The correct approach is to observe the trend clearly before acting. When an opportunity arises, enter decisively; if you don’t understand the market, just pass. Simple trading often yields more profit, while complex analysis can easily lead to self-destruction.

**Tip 3: True Experts Are Waiting**

Poor traders are busy making moves, but what are the experts doing? They are waiting. Waiting for the opportunity that belongs to them and has the highest certainty to appear. For unclear market conditions, it’s better to miss an opportunity than to make a wrong move. Think like a sniper—find the target precisely, take a lethal shot, rather than spray with an automatic weapon and end up hitting nothing.

**Tip 4: Which Is More Important—System or Execution?**

Having a complete trading system is necessary, but the system itself is just rules. The real determinant of success or failure is whether you can strictly follow these rules. Knowing and doing are two different things; unity of knowledge and action is what truly makes money in this market. Violating your own discipline is equivalent to betraying your trading plan.

**Tip 5: Maintaining Emotional Stability Is More Difficult Than Achieving Stable Returns**

The market fluctuates daily—sometimes profits come easily, sometimes losses pile up. At this point, emotional management becomes especially critical. Don’t let market volatility drive your emotions; don’t complain about the market, and don’t only focus on the right moves. View the market and your shortcomings objectively; only then can you truly stabilize. A mature trader must constantly build mental resilience because in this game, you are both your biggest opponent and your strongest ally.

The crypto market is full of uncertainties and challenges, but opportunities do exist. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced player, you must have a clear understanding of the risks before entering. Stay calm and rational, and use a steady strategy to respond to every market change.

That's so true, stop-loss is really the biggest test of human nature.

It's one thing to say it well, but the concern is that everyone who knows about it might not be able to do it.

That's right, the hardest part is execution. Many people know these principles, but few actually practice them. I have deep experience in emotional management; every stop-loss feels like cutting flesh. Without proper psychological preparation, even the best system is useless. Waiting is indeed more difficult than taking action; how many times of longing and watching does it take to develop the discipline?
