Seriously though, what's the actual link between Bitcoin and Venezuelan oil prices? Like, everyone keeps throwing this connection around, but where's the real motive here? The correlation doesn't always add up. 🤔

ngl this connection is indeed very suspicious... really no one can explain exactly what's going on

To be honest, I've wanted to point out this logical flaw for a long time. What exactly is the crypto world trying to pull?

ngl I also can't understand this correlation, it feels like someone made up a story... The situation in Venezuela is too complicated; it's not like Bitcoin just goes up whenever it says so.

ngl the whole venezuela-btc narrative is lowkey just narrative building at this point. correlation coefficient nowhere near statistically significant but hey, smart money keeps pushing it anyway... reminds me of UST in May when everyone had a "thesis" that didn't actually math out. not financial advice but the risk-adjusted returns on believing this story? pretty grim tbh

ngl, this correlation has really been overhyped. Every time, someone throws out this argument, but the details are very vague.
