Hello, could you please explain your issue in detail? You can contact our online customer service (app homepage - top left icon - pop-up page click the top right 🎧 - contact customer service - "Can't find the answer, click here" - input "manual" in the input box at the bottom - select "transfer to manual" and choose the relevant question) and provide relevant screenshots of the issue for verification and assistance.
#SPK is different from the chart, it's strange.
