On June 21, AI startup Cluely announced that it had raised $15 million in funding from a16z. According to public information, Cluely is a company that develops artificial intelligence tools, and its core product is an undetectable AI assistant that can provide instant support in scenarios such as interviews, sales calls, and meetings by monitoring the user’s screen and audio in real time. Cluely was founded by former Columbia University students “Roy” and Neel Shanmugam, who were suspended from Columbia University for developing the tool.
