According to estimates by Sunil, a member of FTX’s Creditors and Customer Select Committee, about $2.25 billion of the more than $7.5 billion currently allowed is still disputed. It is reported that FTX is facing a new round of scrutiny from users who are fighting for at least $2.2 billion worth of disputed claims, however these claims are still pending approval, and many creditors are still struggling to get approval for repayment, but it is expected that most of the disputed claims will be allowed at the next distribution.
