Don't dive in with a gambling mentality! Always use only up to 5% of your assets to invest in highly volatile altcoins or contracts; the remaining 95% should either be invested in mainstream coins or kept as cash reserves. The principal you protect today might be the money you use to pick up golden chips when others are desperately selling at the end of a bear market. Remember, in this market, surviving longer is more important than making quick profits.

Layer Two Wisdom: Create a "Anti-Fragile" Self-System
Don't be a one-dimensional player who only looks at candlestick charts; make yourself more three-dimensional and powerful:
- Technical stream: Don't limit yourself to candlestick charts, learn on-chain data analysis, follow the trends of hot whales;
- Information flow: Join 1-2 reliable research report communities, filter out 90% of junk messages, and only receive valuable information;
- Networking: Make connections with more than 3 reliable seasoned investors; the pitfalls they have encountered and the experiences they have summarized are more practical than any tutorial.

When the market plummets, your knowledge reserves, information channels and network resources are the key to determining whether you can carry through it, which is more important than the coins in your wallet. Turn "living" into a faith. During the bull market carnival, remind yourself: all the skyrocketing prices are dopamine lent to you by the market, and sooner or later you will have to pay it back. When the bear market is in a downturn, tell yourself that every crash is a ticket from the market.
