According to Deep Tide TechFlow news on April 28, Tomasz K. Stańczak, Executive Director of the Ethereum Foundation, disclosed in a post that the current discussions about EOF will not affect the Ethereum Pectra network upgrade scheduled for May 7.
Stańczak emphasized that the Pectra upgrade does not include and does not plan to include EOF-related content, and the upgrade will proceed as originally planned. The current discussions regarding EOF mainly involve the next network upgrade named Fusaka, which has not yet been scheduled for a specific date but is expected to take place in the third or fourth quarter of 2025 (around September or October).
