SBF has been transferred to a low-security prison in Los Angeles, seeking to appeal his conviction and apply for clemency.

FTX co-founder Sam Bankman-Fried has been transferred to the low-security federal prison Terminal Island located in Los Angeles, after being briefly held in the medium-security, violence-prone Victorville prison (nicknamed “Victimville”) in California. This transfer was partly due to a request from his legal team, citing his autism and lack of a criminal record. SBF is appealing his conviction and seeking a pardon from President Trump. (Decrypt)
