The program is applicable to customers holding PYUSD in Anchorage Digital or its institutional self-custody Wallet Porto. PYUSD is kept in the participant's on-chain account in a fully accessible and isolated state, and can be deployed quickly. The program does not require additional collateral, stake, or borrowing to receive rewards. PayPal will launch PYUSD in 2023, issued by Paxos Trust Company, pegged to the dollar at a 1:1 ratio. As an ERC-20 Token on the on-chain of the ETH network, PYUSD will target the large and continuously rising external developers, wallets, and Web3 application communities.
