When I received the delivery of the Golden Shell BYTE, the packaging was even smaller than I had expected. The packaging size of the whole machine is only 184×156×107mm, and the server body size is also just 135×63×106mm. It feels almost weightless in hand, with a total weight of only 0.4kg. This is undoubtedly very user-friendly for those with limited space (such as mining in a bedroom or on a desk).

🧠 Flexible Configuration: The biggest highlight of the Dual Card Dual Standby, Algorithm Free Combination of the Jinbei BYTE is its support for flexible pairing of dual cards and dual algorithms. Currently available card options include:
DG Algorithm Card: In high-performance mode, the computing power reaches 80MH/s with a power consumption of 65W, while in default mode it is 65MH/s@45W;
AE Algorithm Card: High performance mode has a computing power of 5.5MH/s@65W, default mode is 4.5MH/s@45W.
Li Yi and the editors are testing the configuration of "1 DG Card + 1 AE Card", aiming to achieve the possibility of multi-currency mining while maintaining moderate power consumption. Users can also choose other combinations such as "1DG+1DG" or "1DG+2AE". The official commitment is to launch more algorithm cards in the future to truly realize multi-mining and free switching.
🔌 Power Adapter: 140W Multi-Voltage Support, Wide Compatibility. The Jinbei BYTE randomly comes with a customized 140W wall charger, supporting 100V-240V voltage input, with output ports covering multiple voltage ranges from 5V to 20V, with a maximum output of 20V-7A, fully meeting the power requirements for dual-card operation.
Moreover, the power supply has a size of only 68×30×80mm and weighs just 0.382kg, making it fully portable. It can be easily deployed in a mining environment during mobile office work or business trips, enhancing the flexibility of usage scenarios.
🔇 Operating Experience: Ultimate Quietness, Worry-free Energy Saving Many home users are most concerned about server noise issues, and the Jinbei BYTE can almost be described as a "silent killer" level of existence. The official noise level is stated to be 30~35 decibels, and in actual tests, it is almost inaudible when running on a desk, quieter than a library.
In terms of power consumption, the actual measured power of the entire machine in default mode is about 90W. Based on a daily electricity consumption of less than 2.2 kWh, the electricity cost can be almost negligible. Compared to large servers that consume several kilowatts, BYTE stands out in energy saving.
In addition, the operating temperature of the device remains stable at around 30°C, with no obvious heating even after continuous operation for 48 hours, eliminating the need for additional cooling methods, making it completely safe for home use.
