Iranian officials stole $21 million worth of Crypto Assets under the guise of an anti-corruption investigation.
The Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps has been accused of orchestrating a Crypto Assets theft, misappropriating over $21 million worth of Crypto Assets. Investigating officials, under the guise of an anti-corruption probe, transferred assets to private Wallets and sold them. The masterminds are two senior officials from the economic intelligence department of the Revolutionary Guard. One of them controlled a Wallet that dealt with a large volume of BRG Tokens.
