PANews reported on August 3 that Marc Zeller, a member of the Aave community, initiated the ARFC proposal of "purchasing CRV with treasury USDT", suggesting that 2 million USDT in the Aave DAO treasury be used to strategically purchase 5 million aCRV tokens. The proposal states that the acquisition is intended to support the DeFi ecosystem and strategically position Aave DAO in Curve wars, thereby benefiting GHO secondary liquidity. If the community reaches a consensus, this proposal will be upgraded to the AIP stage.
