XRP, Solana and HBAR ETFs Listed on DTCC: SEC’s Approval Still Pending

The crypto market is seeing renewed optimism after three ETF products appeared on the website of the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC). These include Solana ETF (FSOL) from Fidelity, and both XRP ETF (XRPC) and Hedera ETF (HBR) from Canary. The listings have stirred speculation in the community that official approval from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) could be approaching.

Fidelity and Canary closer to ETF launches The DTCC eligibility listing indicates that these products are being prepared for potential trading. However, this is purely an administrative step – trading cannot begin until the SEC gives its final approval. 🔹 Bloomberg analysts estimate a 95% chance of approval for XRP and Solana ETFs, and 90% for HBAR ETF

🔹 Eric Balchunas, senior ETF analyst at Bloomberg, emphasized that DTCC tickers are a strong signal but not a guarantee of launch The SEC recently extended deadlines not only for XRP and Solana ETFs filed by Franklin Templeton but also for Ethereum staking ETF proposals submitted by BlackRock, Fidelity, and Franklin Templeton.

Crypto assets gaining momentum The DTCC listings come at a time when the crypto market is rebounding. Recent U.S. macroeconomic data pointed to a weaker labor market and cooling inflation, raising expectations that the Federal Reserve could deliver up to three rate cuts this year.
