How can listed companies promote the transformation from "Coin Hoarding" to "Token Usage" and achieve the true integration of business and tokens?

The trend of the integration of cryptocurrency and stocks is accelerating!

I just saw the latest information that the US listed company CIMG (NASDAQ: IMG) is co-developing an AI health monitoring product with FLock.

There are actually many things to see behind this, and I would like to share some of my own views.

1. The integration of cryptocurrencies and stocks is currently still in the first stage: hoarding coins.

This is a very basic form, and of course, it is also the simplest way to combine.

However, in the long run, there will inevitably be a transition from hoarding coins to using coins.

Public companies purchasing cryptocurrency assets for hoarding can only rely on the long-term appreciation expectations of token prices to provide narrative space for the listed companies.

The key is that cryptocurrencies have very strong cycles. When a bear market arrives, the continuous decline of tokens can lead to a double whammy for both coins and stocks, resulting in a spiral decline and crash.

The unlocking of liquidity is just the first layer; the deeper integration is the innovative gameplay resulting from the combination of traditional finance and decentralized finance.

Tokenization can represent not just equity but can also combine various rights, allowing it to integrate with the business of physical companies.

For example, the listed company Pop Mart can allow holders of its tokens in the future to not only receive dividends but also have priority in purchasing labubu physical products.

Stock on-chain is not a simple 1:1 mapping, but rather a transition from a closed world to an open world, where the composability on the chain is stronger and there are more ways to play.

This can fully break open a company's narrative ceiling.

2. Projects have begun to promote the transition from holding coins to using coins.

From hoarding coins to using coins, a typical case is FLock.io.

This project has not remained in concept but has made clear progress.

FLock is a decentralized AI project that has been implemented in industries such as government affairs, finance, and healthcare.

FLock is currently bringing privacy protection AI into the consumer health vertical.

In consumer health scenarios, privacy protection can be said to be crucial.

U.S. listed companies will add FLOCK to their corporate treasury mainly because their business requires the privacy-protecting AI technology provided by FLock.

The two companies are jointly developing LifeNode (an AI health monitoring and recommendation product), which combines privacy-protecting AI and blockchain technology to directly provide users with customized health management and advisory services.

Buying coins is for using coins, and using coins is to enhance business; this is the model that can drive stock prices and business synergy in the long term.

3. To summarize

I originally thought that the integration of cryptocurrencies and stocks would develop in three stages:

Phase 1: Unblock liquidity, traditional enterprises gain global liquidity, and cryptocurrency projects receive funding support from compliant institutions.

Phase Two: Innovative financial play emerges, fully utilizing the composability of on-chain financial systems;

Phase Three: The deep integration of tokens with actual businesses, products, enterprises, equity, rights, and financial instruments; these key elements can be fully interconnected and integrated.

At present, innovative financial gameplay has not yet emerged; however, the combination of tokens and business has already appeared, which is a transition from hoarding coins to using coins.

We can continue to pay attention to such projects.
