Epns (Ethereum push notification service) is a decentralized notification protocol that allows users (wallet addresses) to receive notifications. Using this protocol, any DAPP, service or smart contract can send notifications to users in platform independent ways (mobile devices, tablets, networks, user wallets, etc.).
