Marlin (pond) is an open protocol that provides high-performance programmable network infrastructure for defi and Web 3.0. Pond is a native functional token of marlin and has the following use cases: Governance: the holder of pond token can vote on governance decisions, including fund use in the fund pool and network resource allocation. Agreement incentive: when users send or receive data in Marlin network, they can earn pond token as a reward. Pledge: nodes need to pledge pond tokens to join and participate in the marlin network.
