Crypto participants are underwhelmed with the cycle — especially because Bitcoin didn’t get to the price targets everyone wanted.
Altcoins recently broke down below a multi-month ranges, but in totality are absolutely obliterated at this point - causing most participants to subscribe to the idea that we just witnessed the last real opportunity to 'make it' in crypto.

I've seen way too many people use the weakness relative to stocks as of recent to proclaim that crypto is dead forever
it's truly incredible how people allow themselves to be caught off-guard by normal market movements
same people who will come back to write threads about how Fartcoin is going to disrupt traditional finance at the highs.
