NFT Giant Opensea's Altcoin is Coming with Rewards: Here are the Details! - Coin Bulletin
OpenSea, one of the largest platforms in the NFT world, has announced that it is preparing to launch its own coin SEA.
OpenSea has announced the release of the long-awaited new version OS2 in beta, while also revealing that SEA is on the way. OS2 stands out as a completely redesigned product that brings together NFTs and tokens under one roof.
Users will be able to trade on 14 different blockchain networks and perform cross-chain transactions. The new platform promises a user-friendly experience by offering 0.5% marketplace commission and zero commission for token transactions.
Long-term users will be rewarded
OpenSea CEO Devin Finzer stated that the SEA coin is not just a new token, but part of OpenSea's new vision for Web3. Finzer noted that the platform has greatly institutionalized the past NFT bull market and adopted a more user-centric approach.
It was announced that users who have been supporting the platform since the past will be rewarded during the distribution process and the process will focus on sustainability.
Finzer said that the team put in a lot of effort during the development process of OS2 and especially paid attention to the feedback of the community. The CEO, who admitted that OpenSea had caused glitches in user experience in the past by avoiding taking risks, expressed that they have completely adopted a user-centric approach by learning from this mistake.
The team emphasized that they work day and night to address user issues even during the testing phase.
Although no official date has been given, the OpenSea community is eagerly awaiting the release of the SEA coin.
