South Korea and Japan report North Korea has launched an unidentified ballistic missile again; the North has not responded yet.

People’s Financial News, April 8 — According to reports, on the afternoon of the 8th local time, the South Korean Joint Chiefs of Staff announced that North Korea had once again launched an unidentified ballistic missile into the eastern waters of the Korean Peninsula. Additionally, the Japanese Ministry of Defense released information on the 8th stating that North Korea had launched a flying object suspected to be a ballistic missile. Subsequently, the Japan Coast Guard stated that the object suspected to be a ballistic missile launched by North Korea is believed to have fallen. Currently, North Korea has not responded to this matter. (CCTV News)
