Lanke High-tech: Sumeida acquires 60 million shares to become the controlling shareholder

Lanke High-tech Announcement: China National Machinery Asset Management Co., Ltd. and Sumeda have completed the transfer registration of 60 million shares of the company on March 31, 2026. Sumeda’s transferred shares account for 16.92% of the company’s total share capital, with a total transaction price of 403 million RMB. After this equity change, Sumeda holds 77 million shares, accounting for 21.72% of the company’s total share capital, becoming the company’s controlling shareholder. The “Voting Rights Power of Attorney Termination Agreement” signed between China National Machinery Asset Management Co., Ltd. and Sumeda has taken effect, and China National Machinery Asset Management Co., Ltd. will no longer entrust China Pudong Development Bank to exercise voting rights for the remaining shares. The company’s actual controller remains China National Machinery Group.
