The World of Coins news agency reports that the Speaker of Iran's Parliament issued a statement stating that three key provisions in the 10-Point Proposal were violated before negotiations even began. These include: 1. Non-compliance with the clause in the 10-Point Proposal regarding a ceasefire in Lebanon — Pakistani Prime Minister has explicitly mentioned and declared this as a "comprehensive ceasefire that takes effect immediately everywhere, including Lebanon and other regions"; 2. An invading drone entered Iranian airspace and was destroyed in Ral city, Fars Province, which clearly violates the clause prohibiting any further infringement of Iranian airspace; 3. Denial of Iran's rights to enriched uranium, which is included in Article 6 of the framework. Now, the "practical and feasible conditions" that should have served as the basis for negotiations have been openly and explicitly undermined, even before negotiations began. Under these circumstances, implementing a bilateral ceasefire or engaging in negotiations is unreasonable.
