Denial of Iran's rights to enriched uranium, which is included in Article 6 of the framework. Now, the "practical and feasible conditions" that should have served as the basis for negotiations have been openly and explicitly undermined, even before negotiations began. Under these circumstances, implementing a bilateral ceasefire or engaging in negotiations is unreasonable.
