Wu Shuo has learned that according to documents from the Central District of California Federal Court, Yuga Labs has reached a settlement with defendants Ryder Ripps and Jeremy Cahen. The parties agree to resolve all disputes related to the case and will subsequently submit a proposed injunction based on the settlement terms. Previously, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals had overturned the district court's ruling on approximately $9 million in damages and an injunction, and remanded the case for further review to determine whether the RR/BAYC series could cause confusion among ordinary consumers.
