To fully strengthen safety and environmental protection responsibilities, and to coordinate and advance the implementation and effectiveness of all safety and environmental protection work for 2026, on March 23, JinMo Co., Ltd.’s Mining Branch seized the opportunity of the 2026 Safety and Environmental Protection Work Conference as well as the first-quarter expanded meetings of the Safety Committee, Environmental Committee, and Consumer Committee. By building consensus, clarifying directions, and refining measures, we will lay a solid safety and environmental protection barrier to support the company’s high-quality development.

With the company’s “1316” safety and environmental protection management model as the overarching approach, JinMo Co., Ltd.’s Mining Branch will closely focus on the annual target tasks, systematically advance key annual work, effectively resolve historical stock and deep-rooted problems, and enhance the level of intrinsically safe mining operations and green mine construction.

In 2026, JinMo Co., Ltd.’s Mining Branch will:

✪Further improve our political standing and deepen our thinking and awareness. Take multiple measures to strengthen sensitivity to environmental protection risks, and truly treat safety and environmental protection work as the “primary prerequisite” and “top priority” for all business activities.

✪Further increase the intensity of assessments to deepen responsibility implementation. Seize the opportunity of “three assignments” to promote on-the-ground implementation, accelerate the establishment of a full-staff safety production responsibility system with horizontal coverage to the end and vertical accountability all the way down, establish a monthly assessment system for safety and environmental protection, promote deep extension of the responsibility chain to frontline and ultimate endpoints, and ensure that “everyone is responsible at every level” and “everyone has a responsibility” is truly implemented in practice.

✪Further deepen management of key operational links to fortify the safety and environmental protection line of defense. Keep a close watch on high-risk management such as dangerous operations and cross-work involving multiple people and multiple job types. Focus on weak points in the management of outsourced units, build a risk prevention and control system covering the entire process, actively explore online approvals and intelligent process monitoring, and ensure that all operations remain under controlled status throughout.

✪Further strengthen source governance and build a long-term mechanism. Plan systematically and apply comprehensive measures from multiple dimensions such as system design, technological innovation, and culture cultivation. Adhere to source prevention and control, strengthen process management, accelerate the application of a safety informatization platform and the “four modernizations” construction for mines, fully strengthen the fulfillment responsibilities of “three controls and three musts,” strengthen emergency management work, strictly enforce dynamic zeroing for major hidden hazards and the responsibility system of the first responsible person; for general hidden hazards, implement rectification measures item by item, effectively shorten the period during which hidden hazards exist, resolutely promote closed-loop management of hidden hazards, and lay a solid safety barrier and depict a green tone for the company’s high-quality development.
