The current state of the market is less about “being right” and more about “not getting caught on the wrong side.”

Rather than seeking a clear direction, the market is currently testing participants’ positions. It is dominated by a structure that squeezes those entering with overconfidence and punishes early decisions.
What we see on the chart is very different from a trend: sudden spikes, quick rejections, and movements that fail to follow through… These are not signs of a classic directional market, but rather of an environment where liquidity is being systematically accumulated.
An important truth: Markets shake out firm convictions first, and only then initiate the real trend.
That’s why many false breakouts occur before the actual move. The real challenge is not predicting, but positioning correctly.
What is being observed right now: • Price compressing within a tight range while positions build up
• Both long and short sides becoming comfortable too early
• Sudden wicks designed to clear weak positions
• Momentum traders getting whipsawed in both directions
This does not indicate a strong bullish market nor a clear bearish pressure.
This is a preparation phase.
And such phases do not reward prediction—they reward patience, discipline, and flexibility.
Therefore, the approach today should be clear: not predicting direction, but adapting to the evolving structure.
Because when the market finally expands, it will reveal who was positioned correctly… but it won’t warn anyone in advance.
