It is expected that egg prices will remain firm in the near term. Today, the average egg price in the main producing area of Shandong was 6.75 yuan per kilogram, up 0.20 yuan per kilogram from yesterday; in Hebei it was 6.56 yuan per kilogram, up 0.11 yuan per kilogram from yesterday; in Guangdong it was 7.27 yuan per kilogram, up 0.40 yuan per kilogram from yesterday; and in Beijing it was 7.20 yuan per kilogram, up 0.16 yuan per kilogram from yesterday.
