Gold rebounds in a V-shape, and copper futures rise slightly

Monday (April 6) New York late-day trading: spot gold fell 0.54% to $4,651.24 per ounce. At 08:27 Beijing time, it dropped to $4,600.95 to refresh the day’s low; afterward, it gradually recovered, rising to $4,706.65 at 17:43 to refresh the day’s high.

COMEX gold futures rose 0.01%, to $4,680.30 per ounce.

Spot silver fell 0.23% to $72.8569 per ounce.

COMEX silver futures rose 0.16%, to $73.040 per ounce.

COMEX copper futures rose 0.44%, to $5.6080 per pound.

Spot platinum fell 0.35%; spot palladium fell 1.29%.
