OpenEden partners with BNY Investments to launch a tokenized product HYBOND on the Ethereum blockchain

The RWA tokenization platform OpenEden has partnered with BNY Investments, a subsidiary of Bank of New York Mellon, to launch the HYBOND tokenization product, which invests in global short-term high-yield bond funds. Initially targeted at some institutional clients, with plans to fully open by 2026, it is now deployed on the Ethereum network and will expand to other blockchains in the future.

ME News message: On April 1 (UTC+8), RWA tokenization platform OpenEden announced a tokenized product called HYBOND in collaboration with BNY Investments, a unit of BNY Mellon Bank. The product tokenizes its Global Short-Dated High-Yield Bond Fund. The product invests in BNY Investments’ global short-term high-yield bond strategy. Initially, the product will be open to select institutional clients, and it plans to be fully available to institutional investors by the end of April 2026.
