An energy facility in Kursk Oblast, Russia, was attacked, causing power outages for over 14,000 households.

Local time on the morning of March 31, the governor of Russia’s Kursk Oblast, Alexei Smirnov, said in a report that an energy facility in the Belovsky District of the oblast was attacked, leaving more than 14k households without power. According to Smirnov, between 9:00 on the 30th and 7:00 on the 31st, 48 Ukrainian drones were shot down. The Ukrainian side used explosive devices to carry out 4 drone attacks and conducted 38 artillery shellings of areas where residents had already been evacuated. The attack injured one person, who was taken to the hospital, and damaged two private homes and two cars. (CCTV News)
