The DOJ argues that the latest decision from the Supreme Court that he cites is not relevant to this case.

Previously, Storm’s lawyer attempted to cite a civil case involving copyright infringement as the basis to withdraw the case. But the U.S. prosecutors said the legal context addressed in that decision is clearly different from the current criminal case and should not affect this case.
