Just saw that Zscaler's CFO Remo Canessa is stepping down. According to their filing on December 2, he notified the company of his retirement as an employee, though they didn't specify when exactly. The interesting part is they made clear his decision has nothing to do with any disagreements about the company's operations or policies - so it seems like a planned, amicable exit. Remo Canessa will stick around during the search for his replacement and help with the transition. The company's already hunting for a new CFO. Seems like a pretty standard leadership shuffle in the tech sector. Wonder who they'll bring in next.
