Shi Peide approved to serve as General Manager of Strait Golden Bridge Property & Casualty Insurance

On April 7, the Fujian Regulatory Bureau of the National Financial Regulatory Administration issued an approval letter, approving the appointment qualification of Shi Peide, General Manager of Strait JinQiao Property & Casualty Insurance Co., Ltd.

The approval letter states that Strait JinQiao P&C Insurance should require the personnel whose appointment qualifications have been approved above to strictly comply with the regulatory provisions of the National Financial Regulatory Administration. They must take up their posts within 2 months from the date the administrative license decision is made, and report their assumption of duty in a timely manner as required. If they fail to take up their posts within the prescribed period, this approval document will become invalid, and the deciding authority will handle the administrative license revocation procedures.

Strait JinQiao P&C Insurance should urge the personnel whose appointment qualifications have been approved above to continuously study and master laws and regulations related to economic and financial affairs, firmly establish a risk and compliance awareness, familiarize themselves with the duties of the positions they hold, and perform their responsibilities faithfully and diligently.
