Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps issued a statement today (March 31), saying that at dawn that day, the IRGC Navy launched the 88th “Real Promise 4” operation, striking several American and Israeli targets in the Persian Gulf and surrounding areas.

The statement said that the IRGC Navy used ballistic missiles in the central waters of the Persian Gulf to hit an Israeli container ship. In a subsequent series of coordinated strikes, a Marine Corps bunker on the U.S. side along the coast of the UAE, an anti-drone system deployed by the U.S. Fifth Fleet around Bahrain’s Mina’a airport, and two advanced early-warning radars located at the U.S. military base in Kuwait were all subjected to precise, devastating drone strikes.

The statement emphasized that the Strait of Hormuz is currently under complete, tight control by Iran, and that any hostile provocation will face missile and drone retaliation. (CCTV International News)
