Hubei Huazhixia Seed Co., Ltd., the Xian’an District Xinlong Grain Production Professional Cooperative, and more than 30 local farmers signed contracts on-site, reaching a planting cooperation order for 3,000 mu of rice. Order-based agriculture helps stabilize farmers’ expectations for grain-planting income, and offers farmers a reassuring “peace-of-mind pill.”

This advance meeting clarified the development path for order-based agriculture. It made overall plans around key links such as planting standards, technical services, and guaranteed minimum purchasing. It worked to fully connect the entire industrial chain of “planting, managing, harvesting, and marketing,”推动 high-quality rice industries to upgrade toward greater scale, standardization, and branding, and effectively support rural revitalization and farmers’ increased income and prosperity.

In this cooperation, Hubei Huazhixia Seed Co., Ltd. and the Xian’an District Xinlong Grain Production Professional Cooperative precisely connected the market and production sides to jointly build an efficient operating system of “unified services + guaranteed procurement.” Huazhixia provides high-quality rice seeds and technical support, while Xinlong cooperative is responsible for unified purchasing and market sales. This forms a fully closed-loop service model of “quality seed supply, standardized cultivation, guaranteed minimum procurement, and smooth sales,” providing end-to-end protection for grain-planting farmers from source to end market.
