Iran announces establishment of "National Unity Week"

Iran’s first vice president, Aref, announced on the 12th local time that, inspired by Supreme Leader Mujtaba Khamenei’s first public statement on national unity, he has decided to designate the coming week as “National Unity Week.” He called on people across the country to actively take to the streets during the coming week to demonstrate Iran’s national unity and Islamic authority, as well as their support for Supreme Leader Mujtaba.
