Victoria Harbour Two-Bedroom Apartment Sold for 9.12 Million, Making a Profit of Over 6 Figures

Flat G on the mid-floor of Tower 3, Tai Kok Tsui Waterfront, with a usable area of about 459 sq ft, a two-bedroom layout, overlooking the garden view. The seller initially put it up for sale at HK$9.83 million. After both sides negotiated, it was sold at HK$9.12 million, with a usable area price of about HK$19,869 per sq ft.

According to Centaline, the new buyer is from within the district. They were drawn to the project for its convenient living arrangement, with the shopping mall and the MTR station just a stone’s throw away. In addition, the unit’s layout allows shared use between rooms, so they decided to approach for the purchase.

It is understood that the original owner acquired the property in 1998 for about HK$2.869 million. After holding it to date, it was sold, generating a substantial accounting profit of over HK$6.25 million. During the period, the property value increased by more than 2 times.
