The application of KELIER Motor Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) for the issuance of shares to specific subscribers was approved by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listing Review Center on March 18, 2026. For details, please refer to the Company’s announcement published on March 19, 2026 on the Juchao Information website (www.cninfo.com.cn), titled “Announcement on the Approval by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listing Review Center of the Company’s Application for the Issuance of Shares to Specific Subscribers” (Announcement No.: 2026-013).

Pursuant to the actual progress of the project and the relevant review requirements, the Company, together with relevant intermediary institutions, has updated and amended the content of the application documents, including the offering memorandum.
