April 2 news: at the venue of the 14th International Energy Storage Summit and Exhibition (ESIE 2026), leading new energy company CALB (03931.HK), together with Bingwu Digital Intelligence, made a major announcement in the dimension of software-defined energy—officially launched the zero-carbon base product “Zero Carbon Ark” energy management platform. By completing the end-to-end zero-carbon solution layout from hardware to software, the move marks the company’s official upgrade from a single cell supplier to an integrated “hardware + software” zero-carbon energy solution provider.

According to the introduction, the core logic of its “Zero Carbon Ark” energy management platform is to address the industry pain points in the current zero-carbon transition—“disconnected data across the source-grid-load-storage segments, low energy dispatch efficiency, and unclear pathways for zero-carbon implementation”—and to build a smart energy hub for parks and cities. In terms of technical architecture, the platform relies on its own developed AI algorithms and digital twin technology, aggregates data from all segments across the power source side (such as photovoltaics and wind power), the grid side, the user load side, and the energy storage side, and builds a city-level energy hub to enable real-time monitoring, intelligent dispatch, and optimal allocation of energy flows and carbon flows.

CALB’s “Zero Carbon Ark” platform jointly launched this time with Bingwu Digital Intelligence, through a soft-and-hard integrated solution, can not only enhance product added value, but also significantly strengthen customer stickiness and build differentiated competitive barriers.
