Interactive Brokers launches personal crypto asset trading in Europe

ME News update. On March 31 (UTC+8), Interactive Brokers (盈透证券) announced that through its Irish subsidiary, it will open crypto asset trading to eligible individual investors across the European Economic Area. Users can trade, together with stocks, options, futures, foreign exchange, bonds, funds, and more, on the existing platform—including 11 major crypto assets, such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, XRP, and Dogecoin. The service supports 24/7 trading, charges approximately 0.12%-0.18% commission based on the transaction amount, with no markups for spreads or custody fees, and it supports limit orders.
